He says: “Guardian Jugs are ceramic face jugs imbued with colorful glazes, precious metals and a touch of magic. Inspired by the rich history of face jugs from cultures around the world, these jugs are distinctly Bermudian, taking their core shape from the yellow corolla of the Bermudiana flower petal. Like other face jugs, the Guardian Jugs are enchanted with special powers to ward off evil spirits. There are four families of jugs defined by the symbols of the shape of their mouths. The Balancers – Equal Sign, The Breathers – Oval Mouth, The Defenders – Teeth and The Silencers – An ‘X’ Symbol.”
