BNG Trustee Mitchell Klink will be hosting exclusive members tours on Saturday, February 25 at 10:30AM and Saturday, March 4 at 12:30pm.

Bringing together an unparalleled selection of works by artists such as Frank Stella, Kenneth Noland, Bridget Riley and David Hockney, on generous loan from the Green family’s private collection, Simplicity of Form: Unfolding Abstraction examines the development of abstraction and its seismic impact on Western art.

Leave feeling energized and inspired by world-class artworks, showcased in the heart of Hamilton.

Curator Led Tours

Saturday, May 15

To celebrate the re-opening of the gallery, we are inviting BNG members to join guest curator Mitchell Klink this Saturday, May 15 for a tour of Illusion & Abstraction: Capturing the Landscape

Tours will be taking place at 10.30am and 12.30pm. Numbers are limited to 10 per group and tickets, which are free of charge, must be booked in advance. Click here to RSVP.

Member Previews

Spring Exhibitions

We have two new exhibitions opening next week. Sadly we are unable to have an opening party given the restrictions limiting the gathering of people to 25. We will instead be hosting a small evening event for those directly involved in the exhibitions. 

We will, however, be open exclusively for member previews on Saturday 6th from 10am to 2pm and from Tuesday 9th through to Thursday 11th March from 10am to 4pm.

We will also be hosting an artist lecture by Gherdai Hassell in association with the Department of Culture on the evening of Thursday 11th March. Tickets will be strictly limited. Keep an eye on your inbox to be the first to hear about it. 

The exhibitions will open to the public on Friday 12th March.
