BNG x Goslings Competition
Artists and designers – both professional and amateur – were invited to submit designs for a Black Seal inspired wrapping paper in the first annual BNG x Goslings Annual Holiday Wrapping Paper Design Competition.
Over 60 applications were received, which were judged blind to ensure a fair selection process. The selection committee included Peter Lapsley, Executive Director of the Bermuda National Gallery, Malcolm Gosling, President and CEO of Goslings International Limited and Sami Lil, founder of award-winning creative studio Uber Super Duper.
The judges were impressed by the number and quality of entries and as a result they have decided to include runners up in each age category. Congratulations to Sophia Fortuna and Shanna Hollis, runner up in the 18-25 age category and Avarie Graham and Natalie Sannemalm, winners of the 26 and over category. All four designs will be turned into Christmas cards, to be sold by Goslings in the 2021 holiday season, with part proceeds going to support the Bermuda National Gallery.
Keep you eyes peeled this week as the winning designs by Kayley Gibbons and Jonathan Marc Boden go into the windows of the Goslings Front Street store which opens on the 9th December.
